RENOVATIONS
Carrying out extensive renovation work for the entire house, including demolition, construction, plumbing, electricity, flooring and cladding, plaster designs, paint with high levels of finish and attention to the smallest details.
After completing the project, Yaniv Building and Renovations LTD will continue to maintain contact with the client and respond to any problem or complaint we are notified of in a timely manner.
Within a year of the property’s delivery to the client, we will conduct an inspection, including any repair needs which have surfaced or developed in the first year, to the client’s full satisfaction.
Our renovation and extension works include a two-year warranty on piping and plumbing work and a three-year warranty on sealing work.
When constructing a new home from the ground up, we provide warranty in accordance with the Apartment Sale Law, as follows:
- Piping, including central heating and gutters – two years.
Penetration of dampness in the roof, walls and bomb shelter – three years.
Machines, motors and water boilers – three years.
Peeling, tiling in the stairwells – three years
Sinking floor tiles in the ground floor – three years
Sinking tiles in the parking spaces, the paths and walkways in the building’s area – three years
Cracks in walls and ceilings – five years
Substantial peeling of external cladding – seven years
Any other discrepancy, other than a fundamental discrepancy – one year.
