I'm Yaniv Smadar, a registered contractor and certified project manager from the Technion, with over three decades of experience managing complex construction and renovation projects across Israel. For me, every home is personal.
Professional Background
My career began in 1993 with large-scale public and security-sector projects: military outposts on the northern border, institutional buildings in the Jordan Valley, and major infrastructure works in the Galilee.
That decade instilled an uncompromising approach to structural integrity, safety, and schedule discipline. These are standards I carry into every project today.
In 2001, I brought those rigorous public-sector standards into the private market, founding a company dedicated to construction, extensions, and high-end renovations. Since then, I've helped families from around the world create their dream homes in Israel.
